Intro To The Yuccaman Alfy Jenkins is a field biologist from Lost Angeles searching through the cryptic Malifornian wilderness to find her sister who was mysteriously kidnapped - by something that probably wasn’t even human. Being a black and Guatemalan illustrator and animator, is not a box that I close myself in but rather a lens that I see the world through. I see the a myriad possibilities in everything, from the smallest leaf in nature to unique individuals in the city. I make stories that take you into another world. I create characters that are familiar to you yet unique in other ways. I create animations that feel organic and loose. Every story should not only be for entertainment - but deeper meaning.
