Directly printing forms found in the natural world has been used for centuries by scientists, naturalists, and artists to preserve the ephemeral beauty of nature. This in-person workshop explores a process to create prints on paper with fresh and pressed plant materials provided by the instructor, collected during walks around the local area, or brought by students from home. The resulting prints will be used to create a handmade book filled with rich visual content.
The tuition for this workshop is $300. Register here and information about the class and its on-campus location will be emailed to you.Â
