Bio/Affiliation: 

Renée Fox is an artist and community builder living and working in Inglewood, CA. In her paintings and drawings, detailed landscapes, flowers and creatures represent ideals, stories and myths of femininity. She uses wet and dry media to create drawings, paintings on panel and site specific murals. Her public work is throughout Los Angeles in locations such as LAX International airport and LA County’s Olive View Restorative Care Village. Renée has received commissions from DCA, LACDCA, MOAH, corporate and private collections.

Renée holds a BFA from Otis College of Art and Design (02) where she has exhibited and currently teaches in the Illustration program. She is founder/ President of Inglewood Open Studios, an arts nonprofit whose mission is to support Inglewood artists and art activities by building a diverse, inclusive and resilient community.
