The Fashion Design Department’s reputation is based on quality, relevance, and innovation. The cornerstone of the department's curriculum is providing our students the opportunity to learn by working with successful industry professionals. By cultivating strong relationships within the fashion industry, our department prides itself in developing accomplished, creative, and professional fashion designers.

It is my pleasure to introduce you to our first Virtual Exhibition showcasing the Senior Class of 2020. Our talented students worked diligently through these uncertain times, their resolve tested while working remotely, challenging their ideas, and stretching their creative spirit to reach their limitless potential. They have embraced the challenges, marched on with confidence, staying committed to creating the world they imagined for themselves.   We welcome you to view our Fashion Department's work and thank you for supporting the class of 2020 as they leave us confidently, ready to start their careers as the makers of tomorrow, destined to create beyond what is imaginable.

  • There are no words to describe how much I love working with the students. The ideas, creativity and enthusiasm are infectious. Please know this … that what you shared and gave to me this semester during this process far and away outweighed what I hopefully shared with you. You guys rock!

  • Otis College of Art and Design is an institution of learning that I've always highly respected for their high standards.  But it wasn't until this unique opportunity came along to mentor the señor fashion students that enlightened me to a new even greater understanding of the commitment to learning displayed by the students and faculty at Otis.  The fashion students were exceptional, supported and enthusiastic.  I'm sure we will see more from them as they grow to take their place as contributors to the world of fashion, art and beauty.
