Bio/Affiliation: 

With over a decade of experience in architectural lighting design, Erica has worked on projects in all building sectors and project types, ranging in size and complexity.  As lead designer and project manager for local, national, and international projects, Erica has found that communicating effectively with colleagues and clients is imperative to ensure great lighting is delivered.  Throughout the design and construction process, Erica emphasizes collaboration, resulting in creative lighting solutions that are sensitive to aesthetics and function while achieving clients' goals, schedules, and budgets. Her passion for design, attention to detail, and expertise have resulted in her projects being recognized by industry publications and awards. Erica is a Professional Member of the Association for Women in Architecture + Design (AWA+D).
