The full 5-day per week program is designed to provide a comprehensive art immersion experience. While it is optimum to take both courses for the full 5-day experience, we also offer 2-day and 3-day options for students who cannot attend the 5-day experience.

Discounts
Otis College is pleased to offer the following discounts to Summer of Art students. Each discount is worth $100 and there is a two discount maximum.
- Early Enrollment (Registration must be received by Friday, April 26, 2019)
- Otis College Alumni* (Includes graduates and current students of all Extension Programs, BFA, and MFA programs, and extends to immediate family members only.)
- Ryman Arts * (Extends to immediate family members only; must present confirmation from Ryman Arts.)
- KCRW Members (Fringe Benefits card required upon enrollment; scan accepted)
*must provide name and/or X-number of student alum.
Payment
Full payment or deposit of $200 (before April 27) is required to reserve a space in Summer of Art. Your registration will not be processed until your payment is received. Students who submit tuition deposits on or BEFORE April 26 will be billed for the balance. After April 26, tuition must be paid in full upon registration. Balances must be paid in full by May 24.
Otis College accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Master Pass), electronic ACH payments (electronic checks or direct payment from a bank account), or cash. If paying by cash payment must be paid in person at the Business Office Cashier window. Ask the Summer of Art Office at 310.665.6864 for details.
Overdue Accounts
If a student’s account accrues a balance due (payment due, returned check, and/or dishonored credit cards, etc.) that remains unpaid for more than fifteen (15) days, the account will be assigned to a collection agency. All such accounts will be charged collection costs, including but not limited to collection agency fees, legal fees, and court costs. This information will be disclosed to credit reporting organizations.
On-Campus Dining
Students can use their Otis College student ID, called the "OneCard," to purchase food at the campus eateries, Elaine's Dining Commons and the Otis Cafe. Through a simple online system, students, parents, or guardians can deposit money onto the card with ease. Students can also purchase individual meals using credit cards, debit cards, or cash during operating hours. Login information for the online GET system will be provided to registered students via email before the start of the program.
Otis College’s eateries, Elaine’s Dining Commons and the Otis Café, are run by Bon Appetit. Meals are cooked from scratch using fresh, authentic ingredients to provide healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals.
